Where It All Started

 

It started with a floor map, a few sticky notes, and a question from my first CEO:
"How would you redesign this supply chain if it were yours?"

That was my first real taste of strategy on the ground, not from a textbook.

Laying the Foundation: YCH Group

I began my career in supply chain planning at YCH India, working with global electronics leaders like Dell, Acer, and Lenovo.
This wasn't just about process—it was my crash course in tech-driven operations, execution, and problem-solving at scale.

Scaling India’s E-commerce Backbone: Flipkart

Joining Flipkart in its early days, I helped scale fulfillment operations from 2,000 to 500,000 orders/day.
I led high-impact teams, built scalable systems, and saw first-hand how strategy becomes real when execution gets messy—but done right.

The Founder Shift: FirstU

Then came the itch to build something of my own.
I co-founded FirstU, a super app for car owners—building it from the ground up.
We raised funding from India Quotient and First Cheque, and formed key partnerships with Uber, Ola, Shell, and Bosch.
It was a crash course in funding, product-market fit, execution, and resilience.

Powering Q-Commerce: Wheelocity

At Wheelocity, I led strategic growth initiatives for India’s top Q-commerce companies—
Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Zomato, BlinkIt, Dunzo, Meesho, and Nijacart.
As Head of Strategic Accounts, I managed a ₹100 Cr annual P&L, solved complex execution challenges, and built trusted partnerships at speed.

What I’m Building Now: Olive Ridley

Today, I’m building Olive Ridley—a B2B hygiene solutions manufacturing company focused on innovation, operational efficiency, and impact.
It’s where every piece of my journey—from structured strategy to grassroots execution—comes together.
